Shipments within Greece

All shipments to destinations within Greece are sent to the address you have specified, via the courier companies “ELTA COURIER” or “BOX NOW”.

 

WITH ELTA COURIER:

GREECE
  • Shipments for orders with a total value exceeding €150 are made with FREE SHIPPING
  • The charge for orders with a lower total value (under €150) is €5.90
  • Cash on delivery method is not available
CYPRUS
  • Shipments for orders with a total value exceeding €350 are made with FREE SHIPPING
  • The charge for orders with a lower total value (under €350) is €25
  • Cash on delivery method is not available

 

 

With BOX NOW (LOCKERS)

GREECE
  • The cash on delivery method is not available
  • For orders, the charge is €3.00

 

CYPRUS

  • Shipments for orders with a total value exceeding €350 are made with FREE SHIPPING
  • The charge for orders with a lower total value (under €350) is €12
  • Cash on delivery method is not available

For international shipments, you can choose one of the following methods, depending on the desired delivery time and shipping cost:

The charge in these cases varies depending on the destination country, the selected shipping method, and the total weight (or volumetric weight) of the products in each order.

Should any other charges arise upon the arrival of the parcel in the destination country (e.g., customs duties), these charges are borne exclusively by the customer.

For international shipments, cash on delivery payment is not available.

 

 

Shipping/Delivery Time

The primary concern of our online store is the excellent and fast service to its customers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products on the market, at the lowest prices and with the fastest delivery times.

The delivery time for orders within Greece depends on the courier company and is usually 2-3 business days with BOX NOW and 2-7 with ELTA Courier

For all other shipments to Cyprus (and abroad), the delivery time is 3-10 business days

 

Should any problem arise with a product, due to our products being purely handmade, you will be informed promptly by the orders department about the estimated delivery time.

During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure (e.g., customs delay), if telephone and/or email communication with you is impossible (if a problem arises with your order, either related to the product or its payment) because, for example, your registered details are not correctly updated, delivery times may be affected.
