Exchange / Returns Policy
If you wish to exchange or return the product you purchased – and only if the product has not been used and has all its accompanying documents (receipts, tags) – you must strictly:
1. Carefully complete the form enclosed in your package, or which you can find online HERE, providing the reason for the return / exchange (photos may also be required).
2. Contact us at info@irisshoes.gr or by phone at 210 5571008, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt, to arrange for the product to be shipped within 3 days from the date of your contact with the returns department. Exchanges and returns are not possible for products that have been modified in any way from their original form (color, strap holes, wetting, etc.), either by the customer or by us at the customer’s request.
Exchanges within Greece
For orders within Greece, the first exchange is free of charge for the customer. For any additional exchange after the first, the charge will be according to the current shipping price list (see shipping methods) and paid cash on delivery to the courier.
Exchanges outside Greece
For orders outside Greece, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged the standard shipping fees for the replacement shipment (depending on the destination country). For third countries, the sender must inform the service used for the return (post office, courier, etc.) that they are returning product/products already purchased in the destination country, for replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipments / Defective Products
If the product you received does not match your order or proves to be defective, you must contact us at info@irisshoes.gr or by phone at 2105571008 within 3 days from the date of receipt and arrange for the product to be shipped within 3 days from the date of your contact with the returns department. In this case, there is no charge to the customer for the replacement.
Refunds / Right of Withdrawal
If for any other reason you wish to return the product you purchased and are not interested in replacing it with another, you must:
1. Carefully complete the form enclosed in your package, or which you can find online HERE, providing the reason for the return (photos may also be required).
2. Contact us at info@irisshoes.gr or by phone at 2105571008 within 14 days from the date of receipt to arrange for the product to be shipped within 3 days from the date of your contact with the returns department.
Once the return is processed and it is confirmed that the product has not been used and is in its original condition and packaging, only a replacement with another available product of equal or greater value (with the corresponding price difference, if any) or a credit amount for a future purchase from our online store will be issued.
No refunds are issued for product returns that are due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other reason not related to a product defect or non-compliance with the order.
Products manufactured upon customer order, according to specific choices, characteristics, or requirements provided by the customer, are considered customized products and are not subject to the right of withdrawal or refund.
In case of a defect, faulty manufacturing, or non-compliance of the product with the confirmed order, the company is obliged to take the necessary actions to resolve the issue.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return concerns a proven defect or company error.
If a free exchange of the specific product has occurred prior to the return process, an additional charge of €5.90 will apply to cover the shipping costs of the exchange, which will be deducted from any credit amount or paid by the customer.
The exchange process or credit issuance is completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
Also, if a free exchange of the specific product has occurred prior to the refund process, there will be an additional charge of €5.90 to cover the shipping costs of the exchange, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
